I received the body and blood of Christ in the Lord's Supper for the first time at my confirmation on Palm Sunday of the year I was in eighth grade.
God comes to me in worship each Sunday through the preaching of His Word and the earthly means of bread and wine. When I receive Holy Communion, I receive forgiveness of sins, life and salvation.
