DIY Glass Cloche

I LOVE glass cloches, but I find they are often
a bit too expensive to justify the purchase.

When you find yourself NEEDING another cloche
(one is never enough!), take a trip to your local thrift store.

Take one straight-sided vase ($6.99), a platter ($2.99) and a former candy dish lid (free).

Invert the vase on the platter (mine was a perfect fit),
set (or glue) the candy dish lid on top and voila!
You have a very inexpensive glass cloche.

Add some faux snow and cute winter stuff...

...whatever you have around the house.

A ten-dollar cloche.  Merry Winter!
